It’s extremely expensive for a 4‑star hotel, the windows have bars, there’s a hole in the wall with an old electrical wire, the fruit at breakfast is rotten, the coffee is awful; this hotel would deserve only 2 stars. Everything was unpleasant, the place is terrible, and it’s very disappointing and overpriced.

The breakfast was good and the waitresses were friendly at the morning service. The bathroom and the whole room smelled like drains, and there was dirt between the window and the screen. When I reported the drainage issue, I was told they would put a product in place while housekeeping could fix it the next day or, if none were available, they would change my room; no one appeared or spoke to me. The checkout operator stayed behind the computer, so we barely saw her face.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Yulia at reception was extremely kind, helpful, and arranged transfers for us, which was a big help (thanks Yulia). Breakfast was lovely as well, making it a good choice for a one‑night stay. The property isn’t close to the main town centre or old town—about a 20‑25 minute walk—which I should have double‑checked; it’s fine if you’re okay with that, but consider it if you want to be nearer to town. Our room wasn’t as modern as the photos showed, yet it was still clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very small.
