The location is great, rooms are clean and staff are good, but the breakfast was poor, with bad items and unfresh salad vegetables.

The spot was good, but the air‑conditioners blew hot air straight onto the bed, making it impossible to sleep; the pillows were also subpar. The cribs arrived only after a day of stay even though I had requested them on Booking, and the reception was slow. Room‑service and overall cleanliness were lacking.

The room was spacious, clean, and the hotel’s historic charm was appealing, yet it was far from the Haram. The building feels old, with no modern facilities, and the toilet and bathroom look outdated.
