Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The staff were friendly and the room was roomy with comfortable beds; the evening meal was cooked to perfection and the ambience felt romantic. However, the advertised 2 for 1 cocktails turned out to be unavailable at the outside jacuzzi area, and the massage I got was very pricey for a simple back stroke; I filled out a form to specify focus areas and pressure, but it seems that nothing was actually considered.

Everything was flawless – absolutely beautiful. There was nothing to complain about.

The staff were excellent, the food was great, the room was clean, and the location was perfect – all as welcoming as ever. The spa feels a bit dated, and the outdoor hot tubs should have a time limit; people tend to stay in them for hours after drinking.

I adored the spa facilities, the staff were fantastic, the food was superb, the place was spotless and the decor impressive. Ken at the front desk and Karl at breakfast went above and beyond – both were amazing. The outdoor hot tubs are soon to be renewed, the room furniture felt a little shabby compared to the rest of the hotel, and the coffee was terrible.

The room was gorgeous, with nice linen, pillows, duvet, ample space, and a great bathroom. I had trouble figuring out how to use the fancy shower.
