The staff were polite and courteous. We stayed in September and the pool water was very cold, so we couldn’t use it. Initially, the villa we received had no hot water, and after two hours it still wasn’t fixed, so I went to the front desk and they swapped our room.

The location is great with a view of the bay, the room is large and luxurious, breakfast is excellent, and the staff are helpful and ready to assist with anything.

The rooms are very large, modern‑designed, and comfortable; the private beach is clean with sun‑lounging beds; breakfast is fairly rich and varied, and the service is caring. Breakfast service was a bit slow, the rooftop jacuzzi was uninviting and not useful, the private beach is open to everyone, and the price is a little high for what you get.

The fitness centre is low‑quality, there is only one cold, unheated pool, the hotel has just one restaurant, and the breakfast menu is fixed and not varied.

The hotel is small but the staff are pleasant. I didn’t like the room – it’s quite large, oddly shaped and feels like a long tram; it clearly needs renovation. The entrance to the sea is overgrown with grass.
