The private hot tub on the roof terrace is a nice feature for the room. However, there is no elevator and the staircase is very narrow, which is tough with large suitcases. Parking is not in front of the property—only two spots are available and they cost 25 dollars per night. The roof terrace and the apartment itself could use a renovation, and the room layout feels inconvenient. Overall it feels a bit overpriced.

The location is close to town, the staff are friendly, and access is easy. The room lacks a toaster and microwave. During the day the outdoor area feels semi-private, but people working in the building opposite can see straight into it. The balcony area definitely needs repairs.

I enjoyed the balcony and the close proximity to Cuba Street. Checking in was a little confusing at first, but we sorted it out.
