The location was good, close to the Pavlodar‑Astana highway exit. The room lacked a kettle and tea bags, no towel hook in the bathroom, no bathrobes. They say there’s a pool in the hotel and in the room description, but it turned out to be a paid 20,000 tenge per hour, which we only learned upon arrival. Breakfast was sparse, only semolina porridge with tea or coffee. Water pressure could be better, hot water takes about 4‑5 minutes, tolerable.

The location is close to the highway, the area is quiet, there’s parking and an on‑site café where you can have dinner, and I’ve stayed here before, but the business trip paperwork was a hassle – at check‑in they warned me I’d need travel documents for a company with VAT and a general tax regime, yet at checkout they complained they don’t handle those for OUR and said next time I should book by phone, not through the platform. Also, the shower has no hooks for towels or clothes.

This motor‑inn is perfect for a self‑drive stop near Pavlodar without entering the city, sitting right off the main road while the rooms stay quiet despite the traffic. In the morning the parking lot fills with cars and bikes, the breakfast is decent, and I’ll definitely stay here again when I pass Pavlodar. The only drawback is that the room could use two chairs.
