I’m not satisfied! I was charged a room fee twice and still haven’t been refunded.

The location was safe, the staff friendly, and the rooms clean. When we got to our room, the bed hadn’t been made. I called the front desk about four times until someone answered and said they would bring us bedding. Thirty minutes passed with no one arriving, so my husband went down to the front desk to pick up some. When he returned, the bedding was the wrong size, but we were exhausted and just wanted to sleep. Because the bedding was too small, we tried to turn on the heater, and within seconds a smoky scent alarmed us, so we turned it off immediately. Breakfast consisted of packaged oatmeal and some store‑bought cookies; this hotel should not offer that as breakfast.

“Never again and I feel like I should get a refund. It was a dump”

The place was under construction and the room we had was falling apart; it’s a dump and I feel like I got ripped off. Will never stay there again.

After a 600‑mile trip we arrived, waited 25 minutes, and no one was at the front desk; then the laundry lady told us there were no rooms, even though she could see our booking, so we literally spent the night on the road. Terrible.

My reservation was handed to someone else, and when I got to the hotel there was no room for me, so I had to find another place to stay.
