The staff were really helpful and the room opened up earlier than we expected, which was great. However, the entire hotel, including the rooms, clearly needs a full renovation and deep cleaning. The swimming pool had been left uncleaned for a long time, and the beach right in front of the hotel was littered with garbage and plastics, something the staff seemed to ignore. The food selection was decent, but the quality left a lot to be desired. Smoking was allowed outside the restaurant, so we ended up eating right in the smoke. The management really needs to make serious changes.

A slightly outdated hotel on a prime location by the sea, with spacious and clean rooms and friendly staff. Nothing else to note.

An exceptionally good hotel where everything just works. The staff are dedicated and friendly. The employee Creis P. speaks very good German and, after a flight cancellation and rebooking, refunded an extra day of the hotel without being asked – that’s real service. Thank you. The rooms are great, the pool is excellent, and the kitchen in the hotel restaurant is outstanding. The breakfast buffet is overwhelming. The location outside the city and the price/value ratio guarantee an excellent vacation stay. No worries. I didn’t get paid for this review. I’m simply thrilled. Anyone who complains here has a problem.

“Some good some not so good but what a location”

The location is spectacular, but the hotel is very far from the airport and the music played there is loud.

“Hotel beach and hotel garden full of plastic”

Breakfast was good, with a wide variety and friendly staff, and the pool was nice. The hotel beach was full of plastic – it’s coming from the ocean, but why isn’t the hotel at least cleaning up its own beach? Wi‑Fi didn’t work in the room. The hotel needs renovation; for the condition of the rooms the price is too high. We’ve slept in better hotels for half the price in Indonesia.
