“Tegenvallend en niet comfortabel”

The photos were misleading, especially the view. The staff were unfriendly and could come across as threatening. One woman tried to impose fines on me that weren’t justified; I left at first, but later someone ran over to me and offered me a transfer to the Z&Z Resort, which I accepted. It turned out fine, and I was eventually moved, but it almost cost me a lot of money because I was about to switch hotels. Calling or contacting them didn’t help – they didn’t respond, and phone support was unhelpful. Be aware that this stay can be disappointing. I saw good reviews, but the photos were wrong and everything fell flat. I was lucky to have a friendly woman who moved me, and I’m grateful to her, but I wouldn’t book here again.

“It was very convenient and I like the staff”

The staff were friendly and helpful, the pool was great, and I liked the location. Even with a car, walking to bars, restaurants, and convenience stores was easy. I appreciated the drama‑free check‑in and check‑out, and the room price was good. However, you get what you pay for. I stayed when the hotel opened in May 2015 and it was fantastic. Ten years later, the hotel and my room felt dated and tired. Little annoyances included no instructions for the room safe, difficulty figuring out the TV and its box, a noisy but effective air‑con, and a balcony that wasn’t very clean. These are minor points, but they might deter some guests.

“Nice place :)”

The place was quiet, and the rooms were nice and spacious. Housekeeping could use some improvement. It’s an older property, so the rooms need a bit more maintenance.

I stayed twice in November and love it – the surroundings are beautiful, and the four‑poster bed and pool are great. The pool is useful for my stroke recovery, helping strengthen my left side, so I’ll definitely return. The only downside was that there wasn’t a microwave, which was a bit inconvenient.

The pool and the terrace overlooking it were very peaceful. The towels and sheets, though clean, had stains. The window‑door glass was really dirty.
