“All right.”
The spot was lovely, but the organization was poor; on two consecutive mornings there were no cereal bowls and some tables hadn't been cleaned.

The view was great, the stay was pleasant overall and the staff were friendly and helpful, but I think staff should wear a clear uniform or name badge; sometimes it wasn’t obvious who worked at the hotel, which made it hard to know who to approach for assistance, and a consistent uniform would make the staff easier to identify and give the hotel a more professional and organized look.

The room was spacious and easy to get into, and the staff were all smiles. Everything felt relaxed and welcoming, making it a nice spot to unwind after a day out.

The place is right in the middle of Sydney, so getting around is a breeze. The food is solid, the views are stunning, and you can hop on a city ferry right from the hotel. The only downside is the constant ferry traffic that can be a bit distracting.

The hotel sits in a great spot and the rooms are pretty roomy. But right next to it is a garbage plant, and the noise from the machines is relentless—especially on the top floor, I couldn't sleep at all. On top of that, the breakfast was a letdown: no hot dishes, just fruit and bread. With the high price, it just didn't feel worth it.
