It was extremely cold; after staying overnight I fell ill, and all the radiators in the room were turned off.

The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, there was an electric kettle, tea, a set of dishes, and hot water under the shower. It’s very close to the tracks, but we didn’t feel any disturbance at night. The lady at reception was pleasant.

It’s very close to the train station, which is a great location. However, it feels a bit overpriced for the quality offered.
