“Overall stay was nice . I will stay again”

The hotel was modern and situated in a great spot, yet it didn’t offer free breakfast and rooms lacked microwaves. The bistro was closed during the hours it was supposed to be open.

The location was perfect. Only the microwave was in the lobby. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned, and the sink had hair clogging it.

“Overall, my experience with the hotel is positive; respectful staff, clean facilities, good location”

My room wasn’t cleaned after the first night. I called the desk and was told they clean rooms every other day, which I’ve never seen before on my travels. I did get fresh towels after requesting them. Considering the room cost and political issues with immigration, I understand the challenges hotels face.

“I have no plan to make another reservation in this property. WORST..”

Nothing. The sink was clogged, the position of the bed was on the opposite side of the tv, and most of all I had bad experienced regarding with my reservation. I booked the room for the event, but when we got in the hotel and tried to check- in, the person at the front desk informed me that I don't have any reservations, and told me to go to another property, even I showed to her the address is exactly right, but when I arrived to said property and tried to check in, the two gentlemen informed me my name wasn't in the reservation list, I'm glad the 2 gentlemen helped me, they called the hotel where I did my reservation, they advised to check carefully my name, because sometimes the wrote the name in different ways, and when the lady checked it again, she found my name, but I had no time to go back again there, and ended up me went straight to the event place and changed my clothes inside of my car. My point is, that she should check or run the computer carefully
