The staff were friendly and helpful, but I was disappointed overall. The Wi‑Fi was extremely poor and unreliable, making internet use a struggle. I also found the bedding dirty, which was uncomfortable and below the hotel’s usual standard. I hope management takes this seriously and fixes these problems so future guests have a better stay. Thank you

The location was spot‑on, right in Braamfontein’s centre and within walking distance of all the amenities. Staff were friendly and the room was clean with comfy bedding. However, uncontrolled school children were booked and unmonitored, and at 2 am they roamed the corridor, kicking and banging on doors, so we hardly slept. We paid just to wait for the next morning

The place was clean and the location amazing, with reception ladies who were very kind and welcoming. The guards kept knocking and accusing us of making noise, and there was no water during our stay

The morning‑shift receptionist was lovely, welcoming and understanding, and the staff were exceptional, respectful of everyone regardless of age. They’re very clean and the building sits in a busy area but is still a great and safe place. I’ll definitely book again if I’m in Braam. The facilities left a few issues: the shower water was hard to control, turning cold automatically even when set hot; the AC would randomly switch on and off; and the rooms aren’t sound‑proof, so you can hear neighbors when they’re busy
