The place was very clean, the pool was good, and they offered free morning snacks, but the bed was uncomfortable.

The hotel is close to the city center, but they failed to return my security deposit. They first said to wait 5 business days, then claimed a mistake and only released one of the two deposits (since I had two bookings). Finally, they said they couldn’t unlock it and that I’d have to wait 30 days for the system to release it automatically. I’m still waiting.
