It was truly lovely—an amazing hotel stay. We’ll definitely come back. The chalet was tidy, well‑furnished, and fully equipped with all the swimming gear, towels, shampoo, slippers, and kitchen supplies; they even provided a snack of nuts and fruit. The girl who communicated with us was very pleasant.

It was a terrible experience—maybe the way you enter and exit is awkward and the staff behavior is just awful. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had: the place was dirty, the sofa was filthy with scorch marks, the smell was horrible, the plants were half dead, the room was dusty, the furniture was old, and it didn’t match the photos at all. I couldn’t stay for even a few minutes and had to leave, then they swapped me for a different chalet that was actually worse.
