The staff were okay, but the facilities were awful; the electrical supplies were never cleaned and the power was always off.

The rooms were spacious, and the staff were very helpful and friendly, though the bathrooms need a renovation.

This was one of the best experiences we've had; everyone from House Keeping (Sajid and Naseem), Restaurant (Ms Razia), Front Desk (Fida Hussain), to the ops manager Mr. Faisal and others put in their best effort to make us feel comfortable. The Avari management deserves kudos for instilling such enthusiasm in their employees. Highly recommended.
