There was no towel in the room, so I called and they said the guest had to go down to reception to get one. The air conditioner wasn’t working and the shower had no pressure at all.

Breakfast was good and the location was excellent. The pillows were horrible, there was no toilet paper or towels, and I had to go down to the reception to get them.
