The room was tiny, about 150 sf, and the hotel’s description of the room size was wrong. They didn’t say breakfast was limited to one person per room, yet we were charged for a second person’s breakfast. I felt scammed by the hotel.

I was pretty disappointed with my stay - the hotel had listed a bigger room size than what I actually got, and then they charged me extra for breakfast which felt like a total rip-off. It made me feel like they weren't being entirely honest with me. The whole experience just left a bad taste in my mouth.

The photos on the website show an entirely different hotel with the same name, so I didn’t get the room I booked. The room lacks natural light, the toilet is broken (no toilet seat), there’s only one power outlet, and the room is very small, barely enough for a single bed.

I was pretty disappointed with my room, it didn't look anything like the pictures. There were a few problems with the room too, which was frustrating. The hotel staff were nice, though.

I really liked the secure location of this hotel, and it was super convenient. However, I had some issues with the shuttle and my room wasn't ready when I arrived - that was a bit frustrating.
