The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food tasted great. My room was tidy and clean, and the location was super convenient.

Modern equipment, tasteful décor, good location, and a fantastic sea view. The only downside was a single breakfast item, a somewhat sluggish and slightly overworked staff, no secure parking, the elevator couldn’t be used by four people at once, and the stairwell (Notaugang) was completely blocked and unusable.

“disappointed”

The room was spacious and comfortable with an amazing sea view. Unfortunately, the staff and facilities were the worst I’ve ever encountered; there was no one on site, so we had to check in at another hotel’s reception. I tried multiple times to get the Wi‑Fi password and a soap dispenser fix, but received no reply. The welcome note said breakfast started at 8:00 a.m., but it was only a discounted voucher, meaning we’d have to pay extra. When we arrived the night before, the kitchen was shut, and a staff member rudely told us breakfast would begin at 8:30 a.m. We left because arriving at 8:00 a.m. was essential for our onward journey, and we left feeling very annoyed and disappointed.

“Rubbish”

It’s close to the ocean. The staff were unhelpful, there was no window in the room, and it definitely isn’t a four‑star place.

The value for money isn’t great. Breakfast was served 20 minutes after the scheduled start time.
