Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The location, cleanliness, staff courtesy, and bed comfort were all solid. Check‑in ran longer than expected, the hotel was busy with many guests and only two front‑desk staff, and the elevators were insufficient and slow on busy days.

Nothing. The sofa bed was not done even when they knew about the amount of people going to the bedrooms. They lied about the swiming pool times and we had to loose 1 hour discussing the amount of people that were supposed to have breakfast when it was mentioned on the booking

The spot was close to the Suns stadium and not too far from the Diamondbacks stadium. One of three elevators was out of service.

There was no complimentary breakfast.

The hotel itself is fine, but the staff who are black are not great. They spend too much time trying to please white people about things that white people don’t care about. Some of them could be like Samuel Jackson’s character in *Django*. Give black employees a bit more responsibility and they’ll feel empowered and act in ways that the management thinks will please them. Those are the most dangerous types of people you can have in your organization. There were only two black staff members, so figure it out fast. I’m 100 % African American, born during the civil rights era of the 1960s, so don’t try to make it all Hollywood and Disney for me.
