The Tsukimi staff are genuinely welcoming and authentically kind‑hearted! They create an atmosphere that lets you make friends with both staff and guests and get the most out of your stay with local recommendations. The team treats you so well and is ready to help with any questions. They work hard to keep the facilities super clean so your stay is comfortable. Stunning views from the rooftop space and a good location for public transport to see all attractions. There’s also a modest bar and café on the ground floor where you can order a drink to take up to the rooftop. The only regret: I wish I could have stayed longer!

It was wonderful to return to the Tsukimi Hotel. I rarely stay at the same place twice, but here it feels like coming home. All the staff and long‑stay guests are so friendly and helpful. I enjoyed chatting with everyone. Even though my Japanese is very limited, we could still talk freely in English. They really make everyone feel welcome. All the facilities are clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff and managers are always coming up with new ideas to improve the guest experience. The location is great, too. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you, Team Tsukimi, for your hospitality and kindness.
