We were there for a family history research, and the hotel manager, Boban, helped us far beyond what we expected, and our research was a success… There was nothing else to add.

Good location, room was fine. The reception staff, an African woman, had to be woken up several times before she finally showed up, and she turned out to be completely helpless and clueless. Her colleague, who was supposed to help, also couldn't locate our booking. At least she eventually handed us the key. When we checked out, a Romanian manager was present, very friendly and professional. It seemed the reception at check‑in was just unsuitable temporary staff.

The receptionist was very sweet and offered us two room options. The room was large, with two balconies—one facing the parking lot and the other the pool. The bed was very comfortable. We stayed only one night as a stopover on a longer trip, and I would choose this place again. The bathroom ventilation system didn’t seem to work.
