The private room was wonderful and the size of the room was great. Even though we booked for 3 people, we were given a double room with a double bed, with no sleeping space for our 15‑year‑old child. The staff were indifferent to this problem, offered no solutions, and blamed it on a booking issue. In addition, due to a power outage that lasted all evening, we couldn’t take a shower and received no apology. Overall, a disappointing experience because of the staff.
Nice, but the glass front overlooking the sea needs cleaning; the breakfast is great and the service is very good.
Receptionist Loredana was a super lady, but the bed mattress was not very comfortable.
