Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
Roberto was available from the moment we arrived, helping us carry our luggage up to the third‑floor apartment (the building has no elevator). The apartment is close to the city centre and the beach, and it’s nice to be able to have coffee or tea with some biscuits on the beautiful terrace. Great service. The pillows were a bit uncomfortable.

The host was kind and helpful, and the room was ready earlier than expected, allowing us to check in sooner than we had planned. The room was very bright, clean, and the new building was impeccably maintained. The cleaning lady was also very friendly. In the central area you can walk to the beach, shops, and all necessary services.

Located in the city centre, the bathroom was large and functional, the terrace was comfortable and pleasant, and the owner was welcoming and friendly. The room assigned to me wasn’t suitable for four people; opening the sofa bed made the space feel very cramped, and the furnishings were a bit old and worn.
