The lodge was clean and welcoming, and the kitchen was surprisingly good for a small place. It felt cozy, but I did run into mosquitoes in my room during my stay.

I didn't read the details and ended up taking my family to a remote spot that had no real comfort. We expected a decent breakfast, but after paying the platform fee past 8 a.m. we were only given coffee, bread, butter, and some sweets—all open and the bread was half a loaf. I tried to message that we were leaving, but got no reply until the manager showed up as we were about to leave. It was a terrible experience.

The bathroom was shared, the sink was leaking, and there were no towels.

“Achei o lugar muito feio”

I never even got inside the lodge. I arrived at night and the place was dark, the neighborhood didn't feel safe, and everything looked messy. I was worried about parking my car on the street and staying there with kids, so I headed to a hotel instead.
