The facilities are amazing. They rang us at 10.30pm (waking me up) because we had dinner in the restaurant, put the bill on the room, and said the room deposit wasn’t enough to cover the dinner (58 rmb difference!!!). We paid the rooms the very next morning! Unacceptable. It’s a no‑smoking hotel, yet some hosts smoked during the night and the smell came into my room through the ventilation.

A great hotel with a lovely breakfast; the rooms are as good as any business hotel I’ve stayed in, plus the facilities are spacious.
