The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and my room was clean. The outlet in my room was a mess – I couldn’t charge my laptop – and the pillow was uncomfortable.

The spot was perfect – location, location, location – and the staff were friendly, the room was quiet. I only got to use the shower, which was decent but a bit worn. The bar and recreation area with TV, pool, and table soccer looked tempting. Checking in was a struggle: the online process had too many clicks and didn’t recognize my reservation, the self‑check‑in kiosk wouldn’t let me in even though it saw my booking, and the front desk said my capsule wasn’t ready until the staff finally checked it and let me in.

Good location near the train station. The dormitories are well equipped. The shower had soap.
