The room was clean and the late check‑in was handled well, but there was no spa available.

The receptionist was helpful. The location was not good. The nearest restaurant was a 20-minute walk away, and no taxi service was available. The temperature control in the room, which was too warm, did not work and the wi-fi was not secure. The caulking in the shower had signs of mould and needed replacing
