Front desk guy Isador was fantastic, and Carmen was kind and handled our requests with care, yet the sofa bed felt cramped in its little spot.

Breakfast was excellent, the area stayed very clean and quiet, the staff were awesome, and I appreciated how they accommodated my early check‑in; everything was wonderful, so I wouldn't change a thing.

I appreciated the spacious room at this hotel, but my stay was somewhat disrupted by the early closure of the breakfast service and the thin walls. The kid upstairs was running around, making it difficult for me to relax.
