“Relax notturno”

The staff were friendly, and I didn’t miss anything in the room; the drink machine, water, and sandwiches were handy. Next to a restaurant, but I didn’t feel comfortable there; the breakfast bar was a good price and a nice spot. A bit inconvenient if you don’t have a car, but the 808 bus stops right in front of the hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The free parking is close to the Vatican and offers excellent value for money. The room was tidy and clean, with air conditioning.

The receptionist, Fabiana, was extremely kind and friendly; she even tried to get me a mouse because I’d forgotten mine and told me where to buy one. She was always smiling and helpful, and those little touches made a difference. We stayed on the second floor, but unfortunately there were people making a lot of noise in the hallway around midnight and later, slamming doors and speaking loudly. I got the impression they might have been staff members.

“Insupportable et fatiguant”

The staff were kind, but the Wi‑Fi didn’t work in the rooms and the rooms were poorly sound‑proofed, so you could hear everything from the room above, including the toilet flush. The hotel is completely isolated in nature, and a taxi or Uber costs about 80 € to get to town. Only bus connections are available, and they run on their own schedule. The double room came with just one towel, and the bedding was uncomfortable and hard to stand.
