Wasn't booked for me but my wife and her sister. Room was disgusting, hairs all over the bed and bathroom, wall and doors covered in stains and filthy , my wife was at a venue that evening, but instead of staying they drove back 3 hours to home, I the next day spoke to the "manager " and he admitted the sites photos do not represent the true picture as of now ??? He offered a refund, still waiting. Last time I heard from him last Wednesday he said booking,com will send a full refund, nothing has been refunded at all , this hotel should answer some serious questions as it's a miss representing yor site

The location was great, close to the beach and all the shops and arcades, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely return, though a few updates would be nice.

“Comfortable and very welcoming and clean”

It was clean and smelled fresh as soon as I entered; the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I think his name was Liam, and he made everything feel comfortable and welcoming; I’ll come back many times next year. The only downside was that there was no bar.
