I was really impressed with the friendly security staff and the coffee, but unfortunately, my stay was marred by a few issues. There was no blanket or sheet to sleep under, the USB ports didn't work, and the room was dirty. To top it off, there was no toilet paper, and I couldn't even get a bottle of water because the fridge was locked. Needless to say, I left a night early and I'm still trying to figure out why this place has such a high rating.

The staff were really friendly, which made a big difference, but unfortunately, the room didn't quite live up to the pictures. It was a lot smaller than I expected, more like 10m than 20m, and the general upkeep of the place could have been better. To top it off, the tap was faulty and I couldn't turn off the light all night, which was a bit of a nuisance.

I'd say this capsule hotel is a great value for the price. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. The room itself was modern and clean, with a TV inside the capsule, which was a nice touch. There's also a cafe in the lobby where you can grab a bite to eat. One thing to note is that the location is a bit far from the city center, but it's not a huge issue since you can grab a ride with Gojek or Grab for a cheap price.

I was really impressed with the staff at this hostel - they were super patient and helpful, even when I couldn't speak much Indonesian and my English was pretty basic. They used a translation app to sort out any issues I had, and on my first day, one of them even walked me to my room to show me how everything worked. Given that it's a hostel, the price was already pretty low, but I managed to get a discount when I extended my stay, which was a nice bonus.

The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, with the bathroom being spotless too. Unfortunately, my room was freezing cold and the blanket was ridiculously thin, making it hard for me to sleep that night. A thicker blanket would've made all the difference.
