The place was clean, but the air‑conditioning stuck at 16.2 °C; even after setting it to 24 °C it stayed at 16.2 °C, making it very cold.

The hotel’s location is great and it’s a nice place.

The hotel sits in a very busy area with a lot of construction, so traffic is heavy and getting around is inconvenient. The rooms are a reasonable size, yet the ventilation could be better. We noticed a damp smell from the carpets, which lowered our comfort. On the bright side, the bathroom was very clean and well maintained. The kids loved the swimming pool and the PlayStation room, which were great for keeping them entertained. The highlight was the exceptional breakfast and the friendly, helpful staff. Special thanks to the kitchen team, especially Abdallah and the lovely lady whose name I can’t recall; they were incredibly welcoming and made us feel comfortable during breakfast. Overall, while the hotel has some areas that need improvement, the excellent breakfast, clean bathroom, child‑friendly facilities, and warm hospitality of the staff were the positives that stood out most.
