The hotel was excellent: the reception was extremely courteous and friendly, we received all the assistance and service possible, and the restaurant was superb, with a chef and waiter who truly know their craft. Definitely recommend for a stay in Shumen.

The location in the city center was wonderful, the staff were very courteous, the breakfast was great, the rooms were very clean and modern, and it was convenient for business trips and more. I left satisfied with our stay here!

The location was amazing, and the staff were exceptionally attentive and responsive. The restaurant and service were of a very high standard, and the price‑to‑quality ratio was perfect. I would strongly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Shumen.
