Just a note about our booking: the motel had no record of it, even though we’d already paid. Fortunately, they had two rooms available and were very helpful despite the mix‑up.
“Good for our night stay”
The unit itself was good, but the off‑street parking was problematic: the parking bays didn’t line up with the room, so big rigs were parked outside the door and next to the car park, leaving only a narrow gap between the rig and our door, which made carrying bags into the room a bit of a hassle.

Getting to shops, eateries, and the main part of town was easy, and walking everywhere was a breeze. At first we were assigned the wrong room, but the lovely cleaner fixed it. The new room was a decent size but clearly outdated and in need of a full renovation.
“Convenient position good price”
The location was convenient and the price was good for an overnight stop, but there was no staff contact to pick up the key from the lock box, and while the rooms were fairly comfortable they could use a bit of updating.
