Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The bed sheet and blanket had hair on them, the soap dispenser was missing at the sink, there was no hand towel for drying hands or for the floor, the air‑conditioner didn’t work, and the problems were only recorded on a list without any fixes.

There was nothing to complain about; the room was well equipped, the bed was comfortable, and the premises were very clean. An air‑conditioner was available, though a small fridge was missing. Nothing was worn out, and I can recommend the place with confidence. It’s a good base for driving quickly to Friedrichshafen or Immenstaad, and the breakfast can be enjoyed.

The guesthouse is a new building in a new‑development area. My room faced the courtyard, with trees behind the building. It was very quiet at night, and from a distance you could hear a train faintly when the windows were open. Breakfast is accessed via QR code, with instructions in the room; a friendly colleague explained everything to me. The breakfast was very good, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast room is in the building opposite the guesthouse. Parking is available either in the courtyard or at the house. I had an air‑conditioner in the room that is controlled by remote. The only complaint was that the mattress was a bit too soft for me, which aggravated my mild back problems. No other issues.

The room was comfortable and clean. It’s not really a fault or the property’s responsibility… Because of a misunderstanding I didn’t pay the tourist tax: I received a voucher, emailed to clarify, but never got a reply. In the morning I saw the owner, but I hadn’t remembered to pay because I hadn’t read the booking correctly. Check‑in is completely self‑service: understandable given the late arrival time, but still somewhat inconvenient. My fault 🤷🏼

It’s a bit far from the center but has parking and a nice environment. The breakfast is very good.
