The hotel enjoys a prime spot right by the sea, with little shops nearby and even a school visible in the distance, and the suite was huge – bedroom, a little lounge with a TV, bathroom and a balcony. Laurinda, the owner, cooked a fantastic omelette and grilled chicken on the terrace, both absolutely delicious. We did experience a brief water cut one morning, but it was fixed quickly.

The staff were pleasant and always smiling, and the food served was very good.

The room featured a large bed and the décor and bathroom were basic but acceptable, and we enjoyed a solid breakfast while the owner did her best to make us comfortable. The downside was a musty smell and a broken Wi‑Fi connection, and we wished for a bit more luxury, though options are limited in this area.
