The parking garage and food were good, and the lady who served breakfast was very friendly. At first glance the facilities seemed fairly new, but that impression faded. The room faced south and was very warm because there was no sun protection, no fly screens, and no air conditioning, so I struggled to sleep due to heat or insects. The entire hotel was hot, even the next morning. Even though there was a glass window in the stairwell at the top, it wasn’t ventilated in the morning. In the bathroom the shower drain was clogged, the faucet aerator was limescale‑covered which increased the spray, and the tap was hard to regulate, so I kept spraying myself. Water seemed to seep out of the shower base, the grout was yellowish, and after showering there was water on the wall next to the tub. In the garden some places had weeds, and the property seemed to lack a careful caretaker.

The room was spacious and the location was quiet; the town itself doesn’t offer much, but if you’re after peace it’s a solid pick, plus the breakfast was tasty.
