One of the reasons I booked this place was the air‑conditioner, but when we arrived and asked the owner how to turn it on she told me I couldn’t use it and that I should open the window. We were lucky it was a cold night.

The host was friendly and the place is nice and cozy. The bed linen felt a bit old and wasn’t very comfortable.

The house is located right in the countryside. It’s very pretty. The room is spacious and everything is new and well cared for. The lady is very kind. The common area is pleasant for a simple breakfast or dinner. The only drawback is that the pool couldn’t be used. We had chosen it because we needed to spend an entire afternoon at the house without a car and wanted to use it at that time. It would be better not to advertise it. The house itself is great!

Great B&B with a very friendly owner and excellent personal breakfast. Very nicely located. We stayed there for only three nights, but we didn’t miss anything. 20–30 minutes to Lago Maggiore were ideal for us in summer. Everything was top.
