The place was cozy, quiet, and very close to my favorite trail (lighthouse trail). CJ was a great host and gave excellent info on sites to see. If we visit Ucluelet again, we hope Sound of the Sea will have a room available. If you’re looking to spend a lot of time indoors, the room may be too small for you. Otherwise, if you’re exploring outdoors a lot and need a cozy spot to sleep and relax, it’s perfect.

The room was super beautiful and lovingly decorated, and the location was wonderful.

The studio was gorgeous, thoughtfully designed and very stylish, not large but fully equipped with everything you need; the hosts were very friendly and offered great tips, and the nearby Lighthouse Trail was easily reached by a short walk. We felt completely at ease.

There were four pillows on the bed, a bathtub, the place was close to the lighthouse hike, and the room had information on restaurants and shops, a small fridge, and a helpful host. Breakfast would have been nice, the suite was a bit noisy because it sits under the host’s home but quiet after 9 pm, and the unit was small yet adequate.
