The location is great and the bed is amazing, yet loud street noise is noticeable, water drips from the bathroom into the bedroom—more insulation would help—and the TV was broken.

Location was amazing. No TV remote. No working hairdryer. Curtains not fit for purpose. Loud deliveries at 630am. 2 coat hangers and no wardrobe. Tiny room unable to really walk around it

The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the room is clean and has everything needed, but a bit more storage for clothes and luggage would be nice.

Nothing at all it doesn’t look like the photos online at all I got here and had to ask a member of staff to come and change the covers as they hadn’t been changed dirty makeup on the pillow cases and the bed cover the floor hadnt been hoovered also the wallpaper on the walls was coming off aswell as there being a light switch in the bedroom with no cover on it which is actually a serious hazard the ceiling was yellow never again I would like to take this further as this is not what I paid over 500£ for😡!. Nada. Tudo. O quarto era mínimo, a sorte que só fui passar uma noite devido a conexão longa e não estávamos com malas, por que senão, não teria espaço para malas. Sem armários, sem espaço para tomar banho.
