The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The facilities were great (pool, regency club, beach). The lazy river and slides were great for kids. The room felt a bit aged and there was no regency club lunch option.

In our room category we had our own restaurant, pool, and beach, which was very convenient because we don’t like large crowds. The restaurant had good and varied cuisine, champagne at breakfast, and very good coffee. Special thanks to Azza for her attention and help; there were no Russian channels on TV, but at my request they quickly added about 10. The beach and pool loungers were inconvenient: very low and without mattresses, which makes it a problem for anyone with back or knee issues. There could have been more hot dishes, as there were only 2 options.

Everything was excellent – staff, cleanliness, food, beaches, and the pools. The staff were very available for all our needs, and there was nothing negative.

Everything was great—staff, Ms. Azza, and the entire housekeeping team were all very nice and helpful, and everyone was kind.

It was truly an enjoyable visit with a fantastic welcome, especially from Ms. Azza; the place is excellent and we’ll definitely come back for another experience.
