Attention, education, location, cleanliness, everything. I liked everything.
“Excelente acomodação”
The service was perfect. Courteous and proactive. Excellent service. Nothing to complain about.

The cleanliness and hygiene were excellent. The only issue was that there was no washcloth.
“Pessima! Não indico!”
The bed was great, but the AC didn’t cool—just made noise. The bathroom had no hooks for shampoo or soap. The night porter and the owner were awful, no courtesy or friendliness at all. I checked in at 21:00, left to eat, came back at 2:00 with a friend who had to climb up to the room to grab something and then come down immediately. I would have left 1h 30 after that. They didn’t let him stay because the room was booked for one person (it’s a double room, and I wouldn’t even have had a coffee). I slept exactly 1h 30. I had to pay an extra 100,00 for my friend to literally climb up and down. Even after explaining in detail to the owner that he wouldn’t sleep there, she was rude and had no sense. I’ve never experienced this at any other place. The night porter approached me at the door and asked, “How can I help you?” I said, “I’m a guest in room X.” He replied, “Only you can enter!” He didn’t ask my name and didn’t even know if the reservation was for one or two people.
The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were exceptional. It was a great support point during our trip.
