The property was well located, a short walk from the Metro Station. The building is old, noisy, and the rattling air conditioners keep you up all night. The shower is faulty, the kitchen counter is cracked, and the kitchen surfaces are dirty and stained. The shower doorframe is rusty, bedside lamps don’t work, and when I asked for repairs, I was told none would be fixed until December, maybe. The kettle was dirty, the couches were stained and dirty, and the shower fitting was completely non‑functional, loose, almost falling out of the wall. I would not recommend this place.

The staff were helpful and good. The only downside is that the apartment smells awful, and the whole building’s odor is completely unbearable.
