Breakfast was generous. The front desk handled the situation when I lost my passport well. Seeing the aurora from the side street by the hotel was a big gift! The stairs when entering the hotel were difficult for carrying a suitcase, and the use of the elevator from the side could be clearer and more convenient.

The location was fantastic, right beside the train station, giving easy access to attractions and nearby restaurants. The room was clean and spacious. No issues at all.

The room was very nice in a charming hotel, and the central spot made it simple to explore Helsinki whether I stayed briefly or for a longer period. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Nothing else was lacking.
