I had a truly exceptional stay at this hotel, where the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the food was delicious. The hotel's location was also perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience.

“Better than average tea-house in the mountains”

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this budget hotel in the mountains, which offered well-appointed rooms with good quality bedding and convenient bed lamp switches. My room had a massive window with a breathtaking view, and I was impressed by the warm temperature in the afternoon. The bathroom and shower were also well-equipped, with hot water and essentials like toilet paper and towels provided.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by the inconsistent availability of hot water, which was a major inconvenience.

I was pleased to find that my Deluxe room came with a shower, hot water, plush towels, bottled water, and toilet paper, making it a comfortable space. The beds with heated mattresses were a nice touch, especially considering the high altitude of 3400m. However, I did find that the noise level was a bit of an issue, and it would have been nice to have a hair dryer, although I understand that's not unique to this hotel.
