We were given a spacious unit with a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, plus a balcony that looks out over green space and feels more like a forest than a city, spotless and gleaming. It’s a shame we only stayed one night; I would highly recommend it.

The spot is great, close to tourist sights and overlooking the Pietricica hill. The apartment’s design is modern, with blinds on the windows. The lighting is very ergonomic. In the kitchen, besides the usual dishes, there are also paper towels, tap water, mineral water, salt, pepper, sugar, and a coffee maker with coffee reserves (including decaf). The staff are friendly and very attentive to guests’ needs. No negatives.

The location was very good, close to the old center, clean, and the room was excellently equipped (full coffee and tea kit, microwave, fridge, cutlery set, utensils, spices, etc.), the staff were very friendly and helpful, everything was modern and well maintained, and breakfast was complete with very tasty dishes (e.g. bitter cherry jam with a remarkable taste, a rarity in hotel chains). Overall, the price‑quality ratio was very good. Nothing special.

I was impressed by the room size relative to the price and the high quality of the furnishings, and the staff at reception and breakfast were very friendly; the location in the city is also a plus. I arrived at 9:40 for breakfast, though the service was scheduled until 11:00, and I only managed to eat reasonably well after asking the staff to bring more items, because the trays were quite empty at that time.
