The place is right off the highway, which was a big plus. The towels and sheets were dirty, so I called the front desk and mentioned it to Marie. She came to the room, swapped out the sheets and towels, remade the bed, and everything was fixed. The manager even offered us a discount for the inconvenience. Thanks for the help!

The property was decent overall. I noticed the hallway carpet was a bit worn, but the room itself was clean and quiet. I ran into a billing glitch, and Ryin at the desk handled it quickly and politely. She was professional, courteous, and a real asset to the motel.

I never got a breakfast, and when I asked for a receipt the staff said it was confidential—yet it was my own receipt and it still hasn't appeared in my email! The first room’s freezer made so much noise I couldn’t sleep, so I moved to another room, but the elevator broke down. I had to wait over an hour for help, and because of my hip injections and bad knees I couldn’t carry my suitcase upstairs, so I had to sleep in my truck while my friends slept upstairs. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I travel a lot.

The price was great for what I got. The only downside was that the fan kept running in the bathroom even when the lights were on.

I liked the room, but I was disappointed that I booked a king‑size bed and was given a full‑size bed even though I had booked the room a week in advance.
