The location is great and our hostess was very welcoming. The breakfast was truly excellent. The décor and added details create a warm atmosphere. Following our hostess’s recommendation, we dined at the restaurant des glycines and it was a pure moment of happiness. I recommend this establishment. The only drawback is the lack of private parking; you have to park on the street.

The place had that classic vibe and nice décor, and being right on the Charente meant you could eat “bord de l’eau.” Marie welcomed us warmly and the conversation quality was great, plus she let us stash our bikes in her workshop. Nothing to complain about; it was perfect for our Flowvelo transit.

There was nothing good to note. The room offered no value for a four‑star hotel, and the location made it hard to see Taormina.

The building was lovely, the welcome friendly, and the people were very pleasant. Breakfast was excellent. The price felt a bit high.
