The full‑size fridge/freezer and microwave were handy, the bed felt good, and the location was near Hamilton Gardens and a quick drive to town, yet ants swarmed the bin, table and carpet, there was no dishwashing liquid, cutlery was dirty, some new towels would have helped, a coffee plunger was present but no coffee, the wallpaper peeled, the carpet needed replacing, and overall the place could use a refresh—I'd expect a lower rate until these issues are sorted.

The spot was well‑situated, but despite the host’s attentiveness, the room stayed very cold, the heater couldn’t cope, we felt chilly all night, parking right outside the room was inconvenient, and the bedding had an unpleasant odor.

The sheets were clean and the location was close to Hamilton Gardens, yet the wallpaper was peeling, the carpet and lino were old, the décor and floorplan needed improvement, the shower had low water pressure, the pots and garden outside the sleepout were unweeded, and it overall required some TLC.

There was nothing positive to note; the small bach behind a private house smelled damp, mould was visible, the pillows were yellow and stained, the duvet barely covered the bed, and we decided we couldn’t stay there—expectations were low, but the state of the place was appalling.
